Our multinational client Siemens Gamesa is looking for a successful recruitment professional to be our (Randstad Sourceright) on-site MSP Consultant at our client’s site in Brande.
This is an exceptional possibility to work with an internationally renowned client account and to further develop the MSP Service.
As a Randstad Sourceright on-site MSP Consultant, you must be proactive and curious. You will be building relationships with client’s hiring managers; Foster alliances, business partnerships and relationships with supplier contacts. Your key role is to engage proactively with the client in a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary hiring contact. You will work closely together with the client to understand the business, functional/technical skill needs and hiring drivers.
This position is both operational and strategic. You will execute periodic review meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and KPIs to continuously improve the delivery and candidate pipeline. Furthermore, you will be in charge of external consultant pay rate negotiations with suppliers, securing market aligned competitive rates.
- Relationship Management
- Working with the supplier base to ensure that their needs are met.
- Working with clients, obtaining job requests and maintaining a high fill ratio.
- Managing a variety of relationships and directing the work of the suppliers supporting the needs of the individual client departments.
- Account and requisition management, producing candidate pipelines to achieve hiring success.
- Processing management in line with client specific procedures, undertaking accurate record-keeping of requisition fulfillment.
- Determining eligibility of candidate based on paper CV/resume.
- Managing the information shared between the client and the suppliers, thereby maximizing delivery through excellent knowledge sharing and communication.
- Track record in engaging suppliers to devise and execute external consultant sourcing strategies, timely and within budget.

- Proven ability to understand external consultant motivations and effectively sell the opportunity to candidates to ensure offer acceptance.
- Experienced in optimizing hiring processes from an operational perspective.
- Proven ability to efficiently and effectively screen candidates to evaluate their eligibility to hire, presenting CVs/resumes to hiring teams as a consultant service.
- Experience working on an RPO/MSP contract, at the client's site, is desirable.
- Minimum of 2-3 years account and requisition management as a functional business partner.
- Working experience with in-house client systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and vendor management / application tracking systems (Fieldglass, IQN, TalentLink, Peoplefluent, etc.).
- Fluent (written and oral) in English and Danish.
- Planning experience in volume projects.
