Studiejob - Frederiksberg
Georg Jensen is looking for a Student Assistant to join our Global HR team located at our beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg. You will work within a broad range of day-to-day HR Operations, mostly for the Danish market, but also for Sweden, UK, and Germany. The hours will be approx. 15-20 hours a week. You will report to the Senior Director, Human Resources.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Be responsible for administrative tasks and inquiries related to HR Operations
- Update various systems related to employee & recruitment administration
- Prepare reports and data from Employee and Recruitment systems
- Update processes, policies and guidelines
- Provide project support for various HR initiatives
- Organise social events with the students and interns of Georg Jensen
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- Attentive to details and able to work systematically
- Self-driven within well-defined settings
- Collaborates well and can manage various stakeholders in organisation
- Can-do-attitude and team player
- Business proficiency in English and Danish, in both written and spoken language
- Is good at analyzing data & working in various systems
- Highly skilled MS Office user, especially Excel
- Preferably completed first year of Bachelor studies from a business school (preferably CBS) and/or one year of experience in a similar position
