In HR Denmark, we are currently looking for a Recruitment Partner to hire for our site in Hørsholm, Denmark.
The position
As our new Recruitment Partner, you will support managers in choosing the right candidates that can support ALK in reaching our strategy and long-term aspiration of becoming the global allergy leader. This entails being responsible for the whole recruitment process from:

The position
As our new Recruitment Partner, you will support managers in choosing the right candidates that can support ALK in reaching our strategy and long-term aspiration of becoming the global allergy leader. This entails being responsible for the whole recruitment process from:
- Conduct start-up meetings with hiring managers
- Create best in class job ads to match the relevant target groups
- Conduct in-depth personality and ability interviews with candidates
- Contribute to a good onboarding process for parties involved
- Participate in projects covering employer branding, on- and offboarding, career fairs etc.
- Conduct training for managers on recruitment skills
- Be the contact person to potential external search companies
Your qualifications
You have a genuine interest within recruitment by having an inquiring mind, always asking questions when there is something you don’t understand. This combined with your eagerness to learn and understanding the business you are working with, makes you a trusted Recruitment Partner.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- Holds a Master within Business Administration, Human Resource Management or similar
- Has minimum two years' experience from either a recruitment agency or an in-house recruitment function
- Good people skills and able to assess the candidates
- You are a strong communicator verbally and written – in English and Danish.
- Enjoys an outgoing role supporting managers and applicants
- Is efficient and has a good overview in coordinating tasks and does not lose track of things
- Enjoys an outgoing and supportive role where you support our managers
- Has good stakeholder management
