As HR Product Delivery Lead you will take on a key role in the implementation and in building the global product-based organization that will support and develop our HR Tech solutions in the future.

Key responsibilities include:
• Building a future-proof HR technology support and development setup that delivers in an agile methodology
• Building highly effective and motivated long-standing product teams that are appropriately sized and have the correct skills blend to be effective
• Leading, managing and coaching teams and team members; promote best practice, develop and promote a culture of learning from experiences. This also includes ensuring that the teams are cost effective and are financed accordingly.
• Driving a mentality of ownership; a DevOps mindset to lead self-managed teams.
The build of the future organization will happen gradually during the next few years while we are implementing the new solutions. During this time the Product Delivery Lead will additionally to the above, have a key role in helping drive the implementation project of Workday and ServiceNow HR forward to success.
About the Product Delivery Role in Maersk:
The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for the delivery of a product or collection of related products ac-cording to the Product backlog(s). As part of this the delivery lead needs to build and maintain sustainable products maximizing value while minimizing TCO.
The Product Delivery Lead continually monitor technical debt and ensures that the debt is managed with appropriate priority given the business context. He/she will coordinate work across multiple backlogs; negotiating and influencing change across products and portfolios groups where required.
The Product Delivery Lead is responsible for ensuring that the teams are cost effective and are financed accordingly.
We are looking for someone with experience in:
• HR Technology – Workday primarily and secondly ServiceNow HR
• Designing, building and running a global cloud HR support and development team
• Implementation of agile software delivery
• Driving HR technology transformations
