Resources is seeking is seeking for our customer in Copenhagen, a skilled and professional Interim HR Business Partner Nordic with in-depth knowledge of compliance with applicable laws, regulations and collective agreements for Finland and Sweden. You will work in the heart of Copenhagen with one of the biggest retail brands consisting of 200 retail stores in the world. We offer 12 months Interim maternity leave.

Do you like working with people? Are you a competent HR professional with a high level of integrity? You will be part of our Nordic People team based in Copenhagen where we support around 200 stores within the Nordics. You will be reporting to HR Manager Nordics.

Tasks:

You will be working closely with the Nordic HR team and the country manager for Sweden and Finland, supporting within all HR activities for the stores. You will take the lead to secure and implement Nordic routines and processes to your local market. As our new HR Business Partner, you can expect a wide range of tasks such as coordination of recruitment, training, HR-wheel as well as providing professional HR services to our people managers and stores.

You will be:

• Developing and driving processes and structures that add value to the business
• Responsible for People Life Cycle in your markets (Onboarding, Talent Development, Appraisals, Employee Exits, etc.)
• Driving and supervising our Health and Safety work together with Operations team
• Continuously working with the employee engagement
• Handling daily administrative tasks and maintaining internal databases
• Supervising compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and collective agreements.

This is you:

You are results-oriented with a business approach and an open and confidence-inspiring personality. You are a strong communicator that builds a natural bridge between HR, District Managers, and the stores. You are proficient in English and Swedish both orally and in writing. You have the ability to work independently and with team spirit, prioritise tasks and you are well structured and organised. To thrive in the position, you must be curios, open-minded and solution oriented. You love working operationally and in an informal environment. People find you dedicated, flexible and easy to work with.

Our preferred candidate has minimum two years of HR experience, preferably from the retail environment. You are very knowledgeable about Swedish employment law and you have worked with collective agreements. Educational background could be a relevant academic background, a University degree within Human Resource Management or similar.
