If you can say “yes!” to that, we have the perfect role for you!We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our ambitious and social HR team as soon as possible. The past year, we’ve been through a big transition and welcomed A LOT of new Siteimprovers which means we are in need of extra hands to handle our employee life cycle, from preboarding to offboarding and all the operations and support in between. This role is a great opportunity to create a solid HR foundation and learn how an HR function operates and play a key role in the employee experience.What the role is aboutFull preboarding and offboarding cycle. Monthly deliveries to our payroll manager (eg. Vacation and absence lists, parental leave plans). System updates and administration and supporting employees in the use of same systems (we currently use Dayforce as our primary HRIS). Creation of contracts, amendments, terminations etc. Daily advising and support of managers and employees (eg. parental leave rules, basic employment law, benefits and perks) Full preboarding and offboarding cycle.Monthly deliveries to our payroll manager (eg. We are also a part of a bigger global HR team working closely with our HR colleagues in Germany, Netherlands, and the US. The tasks will be many and varied as the HR team in Copenhagen currently supports all our European offices (DK, Nordics, UK, DACH among some of them). Prior knowledge about employment in these countries is not a must, but curiosity and a willingness to learn is key here!We also offer amazing perks!Great and Inspiring Company Culture.
