Do you want to be responsible for accelerating the benefits of our Payment Vehicles Program for our entire organisation?

Then here is your unique opportunity to join Maersk as Category Manager for Payment Vehicles. Here, you will join the Indirect Procurement team, where you will play an active role in procuring a range of services such as Employee corporate cards, Virtual & Digital Payment solutions to name a few.

You will be a part of a Global team working closely with stakeholders across all departments & geographies and liaising with suppliers globally.

Key responsibilities

  • Support our organisation’s internal & external needs for us to serve our customers.
  • Digitise & enhance the Payment Vehicles & Travel program.
  • Implementation best in class payment solutions across Maersk entities globally.
  • Lead the procurement and implementation of new digital solutions for Customer payments.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders and share guidance regarding Maersk’s Card program and policies.

We are looking for:

You must thrive in a fast paced, fast changing, and dynamic environment and be a true team player with strong analytical abilities as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

You:

  • Have at least 4-5 years of experience from a larger organisation in the Payments, Fintech/Banking sector.
  • Having knowledge of Payment Solutions, global payment products, payment strategies.
  • Enjoy working in the payments industry and are interested in networking with industry peers.
  • Can get stakeholder buy-in and alignment to standard processes and best practice.
  • Are a team player with experience in working in global teams.
  • Have a structured approach to work and ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Have strong project management experience.
  • Have proven analytical skills with a sharp eye for details.
  • Are a self-starter and capable of working independently.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships at all organizational levels.
  • International in your mind-set supported by high level of proficiency and confidence in spoken and written English.

You will have significant responsibility from the start and are expected to execute and deliver on time and with a great sense of detail.
