We offer
You will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life of HR operations and recruitment interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn theory from e.g. data collection, communication etc. into practice. There will be an opportunity to contribute to other tasks as well such as support to the HR Manager on ad hoc tasks and smaller projects. Potentially, you will be given the opportunity to gain further insight to our business as an intern or in connection with your Bachelor or Master Thesis. We expect that you can work for us approximately 15-20 hours per week. Flexibility around exams etc. will be given.

Key Responsibilities
In HR Processes & Operations we are the first point of contact for employees and managers in our office in Copenhagen (200+ employees), of which many are international giving an extra flavor to the tasks at hand. You will be given a clear area of responsibility which to a certain extent will depend on your experience, personality and educational background. Your main responsibility will be to support the HR Advisors and our Recruitment partner with the following tasks:
  • Handling requests from managers and employees in our inbox on a wide range of tasks linked to their contractual terms and conditions
  • Data in- and output of our different HR systems
  • Secure a smooth onboarding process for all staff based on their individual contractual category with on time delivery of contracts, notifications and HR system updates
  • E-boks handling
  • Invoice handling
  • Proofread and publishing of job advertisements
  • Booking of candidates and managers for job interviews
  • Sending out invitations and assessments for candidates
  • Administration of applicants and reporting in our Application Tracking System BrassRing
  • Employer Branding activities in collaboration with recruiter and Communications
  • Ad hoc contribution to tasks and projects
