Your workday will be varied, and you will be involved with anything from coordinating, updating spreadsheets, calling candidates to coming up with new ideas with the overall aim of ensuring the very best candidate experience. A typical work week will include the following tasks:

At Wunderman Thompson MAP´s headquarters in Copenhagen, you will join our internal recruitment team. We are a team of eight people, seven of us are based out of Copenhagen and one of us is located in London. As a team, we work closely together to help our different departments and locations find and onboard the right talent.
We like to have fun while being busy, and we always go the extra mile to help each other. Wunderman Thompson MAP is a flat organisation that loves growing the talents of our people, and many of our people have been at the agency a decade or longer.
Your work will depend on collaboration with the broader organisation, which means that you will get to collaborate with experts and professionals from our technology, data, experience design and client teams from our other offices in the UK, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Spain, Portugal, Canada, Costa Rica and Thailand.
As a person, you are highly organised and good at structuring and following up on your tasks. You are proactive and don’t mind being the one to reach out to others when you are missing input or to ensure a good candidate experience.
You feel at home in an international and multicultural environment, able to relate to creative people in an informal workplace. Beyond that, you have an interest in HR, and are open to trying a range of different tasks related to recruitment. At times, you might feel out of your comfort zone, but this should not throw you off – we work as a team and always help each other out.

What will your day look like?
Your workday will be varied, and you will be involved with anything from coordinating, updating spreadsheets, calling candidates to coming up with new ideas with the overall aim of ensuring the very best candidate experience. A typical work week will include the following tasks:
- Creating and updating job ads. This includes proof reading and making sure our templates for job ads are always up to date
- Supporting the planning and coordination of our pre- and onboarding processes. This includes updating spreadsheets, arranging onboarding meetings, ordering breakfast and sending out welcome documents
- Booking and following up on interviews with the recruitment team and various hiring managers
- Managing the contract creation process from A to Z
- Maintaining and updating our in-house recruitment database (ATS)
- Various more administrative tasks to support your team
- Handling internal and external inquiries
- Other ad hoc tasks

- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree prefereably in Human Resource Management or Psychology.
- The ability to work independently and navigate a fast-paced environment
- A strong eye for detail and structure as well as the ability to prioritise tasks on an ongoing basis
- A passion for creating new relations and talking to many different people with different backgrounds
- Experience with administrative tasks from a previous job is a plus
- Excellent Danish and English skills both spoken and in writing.
