The position as HR Student HR Coordinator offers an excellent opportunity to gain insight and experience in the daily work within our global HR team in a fast-growing tech company. As Student HR Coordinator, you will be taking an active part in the HR team, located in Brøndby. The team consists of 14 experienced HR professionals (plus six in the US, Bulgaria and Singapore) and gives you the opportunity to learn and build the foundation to working with HR in your future career.

We are looking for a bright student who can preferably work 15-20 hours a week. We are flexible when it comes to balancing your studies, however, we expect that you work a couple of full days a week.

A Coordination wizard who loves structure, data compliance and people

Your main focus will be supporting the day-to-day coordination and administration of our leadership programs as well as other activities across the organization in the People & Organization´s team. Furthermore, you will help create and maintain data in our HRIS system while ensuring data compliance. Along with our other student worker in People & Organization, you will align tasks to avoid bottlenecks, however, your responsibility has a special emphasis on coordinating our leadership programs from A-Z.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and planning our global leadership programs (booking venues, inviting participants, handling invoices and queries)
  • Inviting candidates for interviews
  • Ad hoc tasks including different types of HR admin tasks
  • Ensure data quality in our HRIS system, myHR
  • Additional projects
  • Process and policy optimization

    Who are you?

The ideal candidate is studying a Bachelors´ degree with at least two years until final graduation, preferably within the field of Human Resource Management/Business Administration or alike.

We also expect:

  • You have a valid Danish work permit
  • Work experience within an international company
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and orally
  • A strong motivation to acquire new and deeper knowledge of HR in an international business setting
  • Capability of working in HR where handling confidential data and topics is essential
  • You to have a knack for coordination and planning
  • Effectiveness and process orientation
  • Service mindedness and interested in people
  • Undisputed skills when juggling several things at a time
  • A quick learner who easily adapts to changes
