Got what it takes? We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager (Parental Leave Cover for 12 months) for L’Oréal. Your scope will include both our Danish team and some of our Nordic HQ functions.

Your mission…

The HR Manager is a key person in the organization working closely with Denmark and Nordic HQ management, as well as line managers and employees. The HR Manager role is broad, stretching over several functions and businesses, covering the whole employment life cycle. To support the HR Manager, there are shared Nordic HR Specialist functions. To thrive and succeed in this position you enjoy working with people with different backgrounds and seniority, knowing what is happening in the business and why, as well as promoting L’Oréal as a company both internally and externally. With solid analytics as a backbone, you are able to steer your actions in the right direction.

You will…

  • Align HR strategy to business priorities by managing all people matters for his/her unit together with line managers. Anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organizational changes, acting as a trusted business partner and strategic people driver.
  • Select and identify talent both externally and internally, working closely with our Nordic Talent Acquisition team. Conduct career conversations and follow-up on succession plans alongside Nordic HR colleagues, to create innovative career opportunities locally and abroad.
  • Ensure optimization and ongoing development of employees skills and engagement together with our Nordic People Development and Learning team.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of L’Oréal Group HR projects within Denmark, working in close cooperation with international HR colleagues and local expert teams.
  • Communicate proactively on employee initiatives for Denmark and bring insights from outside to boost our employer value proposition.
  • Manage Performance Reviews, Salary Review and ongoing Payroll revisions alongside Nordic Payroll and HR Specialists
  • Ensure legal compliance both on individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices
  • Create conditions for a high-quality social environment, and strengthen the quality of life in our workplace
  • Consolidate and analyze HR key performance indicators and annual reports for his/her area of activity
  • Strengthen and promote L’Oréal's reputation, as well as our commitments to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, by ensuring respect for the Group's values and Code of Ethics.


You are...

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the field of HR
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced international business environment and understand how HR can add value to line managers and employees
  • You have a good understanding of Danish employment law and practices
  • You are driven and work well with multiple stakeholders both in person and remotely.
  • You have a positive outgoing outlook and strong organization skills, to keep on top of a busy agenda with close proximity to people
  • You are able to think strategically, act concretely and leverage data to guide your decisions
  • You are fluent in English and Danish
