Milestone is experiencing high growth and is constantly expanding the business and number of employees globally. We are looking for an HR Business partner to support our leaders in fostering positive and engaging employee experiences.

You will be working from our global head office in Brøndby, Denmark and report into the VP of HR Business Partnering & People Operations
Implementation of people related initiatives across a dedicated business area
As a HRBP in Milestone you will be translating our business strategies into people and organisational priorities and resolve people issues to deliver pragmatic outcomes. We are designing and refining our people processes and you will become an important member of this process and the following implementation
You will be supporting the leaders through the activities of supporting engagement, leadership and development of employees, organisation and culture, supported by our annual HR cycle.
You will be the managers’ first point of contact regarding onboarding, development and performance of their teams and help them solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions. This will require you to act based on your global thinking, comfortability of challenging conventions and an appetite for always changing the status quo. You will work closely with a very diverse and global team of passionate colleagues in designing processes for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain, and organize people and teams in Milestone.
Enable the people managers in exercising great leadership
You will work in a technology intensive organization among highly professional colleagues creating an ambitious yet still informal atmosphere. As part of the management teams, you are expected to drive strategic and operational discussions in the management teams to meet our new tomorrow. You will work primarily from Brøndby supported by your global HR colleagues, but you should expect a few days of travelling through the year.
Your skills and capabilities are key to Milestone!
You hold a relevant university degree - and have experience from a similar position as HR Partner, Consultant or HR Manager in a knowledge intensive international organization. You know your way around most of the HR disciplines and preferably with focus on orchestrating compensation and rewards, employee engagement, coaching and development, and employee relations across different countries and legal requirements.
