GreenPeas A/S is looking for a proactive and reflective HR Coordinator to be able to take the overall responsibility for the HR function of the company. The main task will be to develop and execute an HR strategy for GreenPeas A/S locally and internationally. You must shape the development of the future HR organization and thus ensure that the company's HR is taken to the next level.
About the company
GreenPeas A/S is the biggest European producer of fresh green peas used as a rich protein snack.
GreenPeas A/S is handling the whole supply chain including cultivation, harvesting, packing, distribution, marketing, and sales. The company consists of a group of fully connected employees and a group of seasonal employees.
The production takes place in different countries with the main production in Denmark and Portugal. The HR Coordinator is centralized in Denmark. GreenPeas A/S is in a big development phase from a business perspective and values-wise.
The green peas are picked by hand by 300 - 400 persons in the period March-September.
About the role
We are looking for a reflective colleague with a high personal drive who can be responsible for developing and operating current and future HR activities, processes, and policies at both strategic and operational levels.
An important task will be to prepare and implement a strategy for the recruitment of relevant employees both locally and internationally. HR responsibility is that the human values are integrated into all the company´s processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Recruitment activities from A-Z
- Training and development of the human resources
- Work allocation, controlling, and following up
- Build up a strong and diverse candidate pool for both open and future positions
- HR administration e.g., payroll, control of employment contracts, registrations to different authorities, etc.
Background:
You do not necessarily need experience in the field, but to be successful you must possess some basic skills and ambitions:
- You have a high level of self-control and mental strength
- You like challenges and have a strong will to pursue your goals
- You are linguistically proficient in English and Romanian and possibly other European languages
- You are open-minded and committed
- You have a positive and accepting view of life and humanity
- You are proactive
