About the job:
Your focus will generally be on handling administrative tasks associated with our hourly paid colleagues. It is a versatile role with a wide interface. Here, your core tasks will include:
Are you our new colleague?
We imagine that you have at least 2 years of experience in HR/administrative work, as well as experience with labour law including the Danish Collective Agreements. In addition, you are a seasoned user of IT, including Microsoft Office, and you possess a high degree of general system understanding.
As a person, you are independent and structured in your work. You have a flair for talking to people on many levels and creating good relationships. In stressful situations, you show a good overview and stay calm despite many unforeseen tasks.
Furthermore, as a person, you are responsible, dutiful, and follow up on your tasks until accomplished.
Conditions of employment:
This is a permanent full-time post with accession as soon as possible.
You will be covered by the Salaried Employee Act and an attractive pension scheme. We also offer an optional Health Insurance and Lunch Arrangement.
Workplace: at our office in Rødbyhavn

About the job:

- preparation of certificates of employment
- update data in our HR system
- reporting HR KPI
- have a close dialogue with our payroll department regarding input to salary and work conditions
- support employees and managers on holiday issues, personnel policies and guidelines
- assist managers in personnel cases and interviews (recruitment, absence interviews, etc.)
- prepare translations of internal material across the languages Danish, Polish and English
