Hobbii is a fast growing eCommerce scaleup selling yarn and knitting and crochet accessories to dedicated yarn lovers in 35+ countries. We’re a Danish company with an international outlook and we’ve recently launched a number of physical stores to supplement our online sales. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for placing orders based on forecasts and maintain daily relations with suppliers, e.g. ensure timely delivery, follow up on issues, etc. You will be working alongside your category management colleagues to plan and execute annual renegotiations with suppliers, while optimising level of inventory and payment terms. You can also expect to be involved in sourcing of new products. In addition, you will be the captain of maintaining and updating product master data for your suppliers. When possible, you can expect to be travelling about 20 days per year to meet your suppliers for negotiations and to work on new products.

- Purchasing experience
- Have managed supplier relations before - preferably in Asia
- Structured and disciplined - gets stuff done, stays on top of issues and follows up
- Team player - you love to share your knowledge but also get inspired and motivated by others

- Love yarn! Maybe you knit or crochet yourself?
- Have worked with textile before
- Worked with supplier negotiations and inventory management
- Have sourcing experience
