European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early project development to operation and divestment of the assets. We are 360 employees with 30 different nationalities, and since 2004 we have installed more than 100 renewable projects representing a total value of more than DKK 15 billion. Currently, we have a development pipeline exceeding 25 GW and operate globally with our head quarter located in Copenhagen and offices in Sweden, United Kingdom Romania, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Latvia, Spain and more to come. Our mission is to be a significant presence in the global transition to a fossil free society.
As our new Recruitment Specialist, you will get the opportunity to work with a broad variety of international recruitment processes and tasks. You will be part of our HR team currently consisting of 7 colleagues where 4 are working on recruitment with reference to our Recruitment Manager. The candidates we recruit are typically international profiles with a specialist or manager background. You will have responsibility of the entire recruitment process from starting up the recruitment till an employment contract is signed whilst aiming to give the candidates the best experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
We seek a self-motivating, structured colleague with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a rapidly moving industry. You will get a solid onboarding and introduction to the company and our processes.

Tasks:
- Drafting job ads and advising on sourcing activities
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Conduct psychometric and personality assessments
- Working with recruitment in different countries, primarily in Europe
Your profile:
- You have a minimum of 2 year of relevant working experience
- You speak English, and an additional language at professional level
- You are curious and service minded
- You have good interpersonal and communication skills
- It is an advantage If you have experience in conducting psychometric and personality assessments
