Due to our continued growth, we are in a need of new colleagues for our internal, local recruitment team.
In our recruitment team, we have broad diversity in skills and experience and we are on the look for both: very strong profiles and juniors who want to become a master in IT recruitment.
As an IT recruiter, you will be responsible for searching and attracting IT Specialist, assessing candidates and matching the consultant skills with what our client needs. We prefer that you have at least some experience from working with Sourcing and delivering IT Consultants and within at least some of these disciplines:
Our Sourcing team of more than 30 highly professionals are the core of our business. This is where we ensure the right match between Clients’ needs and those of our IT Specialists. From search and finding the right Specialist, and qualifying a valid match - to working together with the IT Consultants ensuring that CVs and consultant presentations delivered to our Clients reflect the high quality that ProData Consult is known for delivering.

.. that get a kick out of fast searching/hunting and talking with IT Consultants supporting them both practically providing expert guidance on how to ensure that their unique IT profile and competencies are clearly conveyed in their CV. Our verification processes are handled both by phone and through personal meetings with the IT Specialist.
Our professional-quality process is essential in order to ensure that the IT Consultant is not only a match for the Clients’ request but is the perfect match also in experience, skills, branch, soft values etc.
You thrive in a deadline environment… where a strong discipline is needed combined with the ability to drive several Search processes at the same time.

The team consists of strong collaborators used to working in a fast pace environment, not only ensuring that day-to-day CV projects are handled. Moreover, they also work continuously with internal strategical projects aimed at optimizing our systems, CV-sites, branding and user experience, such as forecasting projects and facilitating the training of new Sourcing staff in all the countries ProData Consult is present in. - Database search coupled with proactive hunting through online services, etc. for high-end business- and IT Consultants.
(We have our own database which will be a huge support to your daily work) - Contacting IT professionals to conduct CV screening and cross-checking with Clients needs/requests, conducting online/f2f interviews
- Participate in the development and overall optimization projects to support growth in ProData Consult.
