Who we are
As a part of NNE you join a highly skilled organization of approx. 1000 passionate employees located in Denmark (Virum & Kalundborg), India and the US – your workplace will be at our head office in Virum in close distance to S-stations.
We are a project organization, delivering expert pharma engineering services to our pharma and biotech customers - from planning and establishment of new pharma facilities to the upgrading, expansion and ongoing support of existing operations. This is in our DNA as we work in close dialogue with our customers to obtain the best solutions – and this also reflects the way we work in HR.
In HR we are 16 employees working in 2 teams. You will become part of HR Service, Rewards and Talent Acquisition, where we mainly focus on HRM activities as operations, advising and sparring, and HR compliance. Together, our HR department is a dedicated team where teamwork is in focus and where we collaborate with our different skillsets and experiences to maximize our value in NNE.
Hands-on experience in a dynamic and exiting project organization
Our new HR Student will get plenty of opportunities to get hands-on experience with a wide range of task and exiting HR projects as we support a dynamic and fast evolving organization.
We offer 10-20 hours a week enabling you to combine the job with your studies and to be flexible around holiday and exam periods.
Your primary tasks will be to assist our daily operations within administration, communication and HR compliance processes from A-Z within (but not limited to):
As you gain more experience, we trust that you can extend your areas of responsibilities. You will get a mentor and close sparing with a competent team that values social activities and support.

We don’t expect you to know it all, but we do expect you to have a genuine interest in exploring the field of HR and see yourself working with HR after ending your education.
As a person, you are proactive, have a positive attitude and take great ownership in all tasks given. You have an outgoing personality and enjoy working with others, as we support all levels of the organization.

- Onboarding. Preparing monthly onboarding activities and support planning of 2-3 yearly cultural camp for new employees
- Employer branding. Structure and follow through activities such as career fairs and the internal & external communication about these activities
- Recruitment. E.g. proofread and campaign job ads, support search strategies for relevant candidates etc.
- Collecting data. We strive to become more data driven, and we need a student who support this mindset and puts it on the agenda
- Mobility. We hire consultants from foreign nations to help on our projects, where HR support this process to come and live and work in Denmark.
As you gain more experience, we trust that you can extend your areas of responsibilities. You will get a mentor and close sparing with a competent team that values social activities and support.

- On the 3rd year of BSc. or 1st year of relevant MSc. (like HRM or similar)
- Profound in speaking and writing Danish and English (our corporate language is English)
- Structured, striving for high-quality as well as have an eye for detail
- Have excellent communication skills
- Are professional user of Microsoft Office
- It is an advantage, if you know how to collect and use data
