How You Might Spend Your Days
As our new Talent Attraction Partner, you'll be partnering with the business to identify talent gaps and execute our talent attraction strategy, where you will
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers; facilitating hiring of the best talent within Pharma Engineering
- Forecast hiring needs in close collaboration with the hiring managers and identify solutions for filling the gaps
- Identify and execute new initiatives to increase talent’s awareness of NNE as an employer in close collaboration with our Communication & Brand Management team
- Execute employer branding annual plan with identified key events including career fairs, partnership events, online campaigns and more
- Build and maintain our internal ambassador network and external partnerships
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including conducting interviews and giving test feedback

The Miles You’ve Walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Experience with driving talent attraction efforts, preferably with hands-on experience with both employer branding and recruitment
- A M.Sc. in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- Ability to speak and write both Danish and English fluently
