Do you have experience as a Senior BIM HVAC Designer and enjoy working with complex projects? Then you’ll fit right in here. You will be working on a project from the start to end and have the responsibility for BIM HVAC as an ICT discipline coordinator and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models between the disciplines. There is a great opportunity to work with CDE platforms (common data environment) such as Autodesk Cloud systems (ACC & BIM 360), Dalux, etc.
Join our team of passionate, multidisciplinary technical designers, and engineers. Together we work with large BIM models within pharma and biotechnology. Our project portfolio is exiting, as we currently build worlds’ largest facilities. And that is why we need you with your BIM skills to design and coordinate on the projects.

How you might spend your days
As a Senior BIM HVAC designer, you’ll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary project team where you’ll be:
- Modelling for the HVAC discipline in Revit
- Reading and using time to understand an ICT agreement
- Delivering the right LOD of the project phase.
- Keyperson for your discipline of chosen CDE platforms on projects
- Communicating and coordinating with other disciplines
- Doing the internally collision controls of the HVAC models with collaboration with Space Management team for main collision control.
- Travel to Kalundborg 4 days a week to be on site (in some periods)

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You have a degree as a technical designer, architect, engineer, or similar
- You have minimum 7 years of experience as BIM designer or technical designer/assistant
- High experience in the use of Revit
- Experience from a consultancy or contractor company
- You speak and write Danish and English
