Regional Planning & Fulfilment
At our HQ in Ballerup, you will join the Regional Planning & Fulfilment team, where we are 16 colleagues, who handle various back-office functions supporting B2B and B2C sales, as well as 4 Regional Supply Planners who you will be working closely with on the day to day planning.
You will report to Senior Manager, Helle Bishop, where she – and your new colleagues - are ready to greet you and get you started.
As our new Regional Supply planner, you will be assigned your own portfolio within our B2B business in the EMEA Region, where you will be responsible for:

Regional Planning & Fulfilment

As our new Regional Supply planner, you will be assigned your own portfolio within our B2B business in the EMEA Region, where you will be responsible for:
- Manage planning parameters (optimize/define/supply and inventory levels) such as forecast thresholds, lead times, and be the key point of contact both internally and externally for the supply plan schedules
- Create and manage regional supply build plan based on 52-week forecast
- Evaluate requests from Sales and determine if request meets threshold as well as build capacity at regional level
- Alignment between Product Demand & Fulfillment - Act as business partner advocate on product delivery dates and availability in collaboration with Flex regional planning, sales, demand planning and global planning
Analytical profile with planning experience
You enjoy a fast-paced environment where time flies – and where you still manage to catch the small, but important details. It is important that you are self-driven and can manage your own tasks. Also, you are a strong analytical and creative problem solver who is confident presenting new ideas to different business users.
Moreover, you:
- Have solid experience with global or regional sales and operations planning (S&OP) or solid experience working with an ERP/MRP environment
- Bring a degree in business or within a related field – maybe an MBA
- Are highly skilled in MS Office, especially Excel, and you familiar with working in an ERP system – we use Axapta (AX)
- Speak and write English effortlessly as you will deal with colleagues and collaborators in North America, China and the EMEA Region
