LEO Pharma has embarked on a very ambitious journey to become the world’s preferred dermatology care partner with a very ambitious growth strategy. You will therefore join the Indirect Procurement Department at a very exciting time, and have a key part in supporting all the Procurement departments (Direct Procurement, Indirect Procurement, Operational and Tactical Procurement, Sustainable Procurement and P2P) with performance data and analytics, while also running cross-functional high impact projects, anchored in Procurement, together with a small team reporting to you.

The job
The responsibilities of the position are threefold;
Drive the performance measurements and reporting of the Global Procurement departments activities to our Global Leadership Team (CEO +1), the top 100 Leaders in LEO, Category Managers, Department heads etc. Create, maintain, optimize and innovate current analytics and measurement tools for Procurement to derive actionable insights and ensure cost savings, decrease operating costs, and reduce risk identify new areas for optimization and means to support the leadership team(s) with predictive and prescriptive analytics reports to improve performance reports Lead cross functional high impact projects internally in Procurement and across different business units.
Some of the accountabilities of the role;
Develop, implement, maintain and automate various reports/dashboards to the management of Global Procurement and Global Leadership Team Provide procurement colleagues with analysis-based insights prior to strategic negotiations with suppliers and for Category Strategies Represent and/or lead Procurement in initiatives such as Consultancy Optimization, Net Working Capital, Brexit Task Force etc. Manage a team of one Junior Procurement Analyst and 3 student assistants
Your qualifications
Higher university education – Master degree in Procurement, Economics, Finance, IT or similar, backed by extensive performance management experience Strong commercial acumen Proven project management skills Advanced analytical skills International exposure, preferably international experience from mid to large company Preferably experience with SAP including SAP analysis for Excel and SAP Business Objects Preferably management experience or informal leadership English fluency, Danish capabilities preferred
