CO-RO A/S is a global leader in fruit concentrates, fruit-based drinks, and home-freeze ice lollies. As Senior Supply Planner your main responsibility will be weekly scheduling of production lines at our factories in Frederikssund or at our co-packers around the world. You will also have to ensure that we have sufficient packing materials available for production and manage the daily business with suppliers. You will ensure the right balance between product availability, inventory and production efficiency and act as the link between production and sales. You are a key player in ensuring our products reach the consumer in time. CO-RO is expanding in a fast pace, so you will manage planning related cut-over activities in connection with launches of new products produced on the lines you schedule or implementing new packing material lay-outs.
CO-RO has an ambitious growth strategy which drives the need for stronger planning. In combination with the implementation of a new ERP system (Dynamics 365) this provides us with a unique opportunity to develop planning at CO-RO into a key stakeholder and center point for decision making. You will take part in this transformation by developing strong processes for operational execution and implementing new ways of working. As our planning matures, you will also take part in developing tactical planning processes such as inventory policies, service level agreements, master planning as well as KPI framework and target setting.
You will be part of a team of 5 supply planners, within our Customer Supply Chain function. Customer Supply Chain covers Sales & Operational Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Service and Strategic Sourcing. Customer Supply Chain is a newly established function, established to ensure best service to our customers all over the world. We have a wide range of stakeholders at other departments in Frederikssund as well as with our many partners around the world.

The profile
- You are a Master’s/diploma graduate within SCM or engineering and have a 3-5 years of experience with supply planning and production scheduling.
- You like executing and being part of the daily operations
- You have attention to detail
- You value carrying out the weekly tasks keeping an eye on continuous improvements
- You have an open mind, are pragmatic and like to communicate with other people
- You have good excel/BI skills and are familiar with Dynamics 365 or other ERP and planning tools
- English (written & spoken) is a requirement, Danish (written & spoken) is an advantage
- Some travel to visit co-packers may occur (app. 10 days per year)
