CO-RO A/S is a global leader in fruit concentrates, fruit-based drinks, and home-freeze ice lollies. Our more than 1200 employees globally work diligently to develop, produce and market products under our internationally recognized brands such as Sun Lolly, Sunquick, Suntop, Suncola and MashUp. CO-RO, founded in 1942, is a Danish company with a global footprint. Our Brands are available in more than 80 countries with production sites in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Our turnover was approx. DKK 2 billion in 2019 – and each year we provide consumers with 3.5 billion servings of high-quality fruit-based soft drinks.
Many Danes have a nostalgic relationship to the market leading Sun Lolly brand, which for 40 years has been the essence of summer like strawberries and beech bursting into leaf. Our two large Danish manufacturing sites run day and night throughout the entire year to accommodate the four months peak season, producing more than 180 million ice creams. This is only the beginning, as we have great ambitions for our ice lolly product, being produced in new organic flavors and currently expanding to new geographical territories and markets.
Delivering on this ambitious strategy drives the need for stronger planning. This is your opportunity to join a first-class Supply Chain team, with plenty of opportunity to develop the business and your own competences at the same time.
You will enjoy a broad collaboration throughout the organisation, acting as the link between Sales and Production, ensuring the right balance between product availability, inventory and production efficiency. You must thrive with a strong exposure and working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, collaborating with departments such as Europe & Overseas, Marketing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to name a few.
You will join a fantastic team of four Supply Planners, included in the larger Customer Supply Chain function, established to ensure best-in-class service to customers, stakeholders across departments of our HQ, as well as to our many partners around the world. You will report to the Supply Planning Manager.
Among your responsibilities will be to drive the weekly scheduling of production lines at our sites in Frederikssund. By conducting the daily business and setting the scope for production, including focus on materials available, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our products reach the consumer in time and that we deliver on target.
As an educational basis, you hold a MSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent. You probably possess around three years of relevant planning experience, preferably from a FMCG or manufacturing company.
You thrive with impacting the business through daily activities and execution. Operating in an international work environment appeals to you, and you enjoy a broad daily communication – from Warehouse Worker to EVP of Supply Chain.
You are accustomed to work with Excel and BI systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems will serve highly beneficial in our selection for the role.
Most importantly, you possess an infectious enthusiasm about your profession and line of work. You possess a sturdy and problem-solving mind-set. You are team-oriented and committed to do quality work with your skilled colleagues.
For this specific position, fluency in both Danish and English is required.
