Everfuel’s mission is to enable European-wide production, distribution and fueling of 100% green hydrogen fuel at prices competitive to traditional fuels. They are growing rapidly, and are now looking for a motivated Strategic Purchaser, who wants to join their green hydrogen journey! Is that you?
You will be working as…
As Everfuel’s Strategic Purchaser you will be responsible for the strategic procurement roadmap and most of the spend in Everfuel. This is a new position, and you will therefore have the possibility to build and professionalize procedures and tools to establish a state-of-the-art procurement function. The scope of the procurement will cover from various parts and services to complete hydrogen fueling stations and electrolyzers.
Everfuel is a young entrepreneurial company working on projects across Europe, giving you the opportunity to be working in an international environment, where you have the possibility to influence the growth strategy and the results in collaboration with your dedicated colleagues.
Your tasks:
- Procurement in relation to Operations & Maintenance
- Freight and logistics agreements
- Procurement of capital equipment as fueling stations and electrolyzers
- Procurement of equipment and services in relation to construction projects
- Ensure right processes and contractual framework for the procurement
- Supplier performance review and optimization
- Cost optimization in all areas of procurement
Your place of work will be at the “Everfuel Farm” in Høgild near Herning, Denmark. You will report directly to the COO and you will be part of an ever-growing team who are all dedicated to ensure that green hydrogen becomes a competitive alternative to fossil fuels. You are…
We imagine you have a relevant educational background most likely as an Engineer or maybe you have a commercial background with experience from technical and/or building industries. You are a successful Strategic Purchaser with a proven track record of at least 5 years in strategic procurement. It is an advantage if you have experience with both operational and strategic procurement giving you the knowledge of the full procurement process. Experience with procurement in mechanical industry, procurement for complex building projects or similar will be preferred.
We are looking for a fast learner with strong negotiation skills and an analytical mindset. You must have the ability to identify potential cost savings and the persistence to deliver results. You are detail oriented and work in a structured way. As a person you are trustworthy with good interpersonal skills where people enjoy working with you.
Requirements
- Relevant education
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
Advantages
- Experience with MS Business Central/Navision
- Experience from an entrepreneurial environment with steep growth
- Danish and German in writing and orally for professional use
