Do you have strong negotiation skills and a structured approach to your work? Are you good at communicating and dedicated to finding sustainable solutions with multiple stakeholders? If yes, this position could be the next step in your career.
Your primary area of responsibility will be to cover all aspects of supplier management within packaging and chemical items for Palsgaard Denmark – with potential to expand scope to other Palsgaard sites in the region.

You will be part of our qualified global procurement team of 7 colleagues. We value an informal environment and pursue strong collaboration during difficult times to achieve our goals and have fun while doing so.
The position is placed at our headquarter in Juelsminde (DK) with flexible working hours, and you will report directly to our CPO, Pia Brinkmann Madsen.
As we work on a global scale, the position requires 10-20 travel days a year visiting business partners, suppliers, and Palsgaard sites.

What do you need to apply?
You hold a procurement- or supply chain degree at bachelor level or the like. You have some experience from a similar commercial role - and you are eager to learn more within the area. We will, of course, make sure to give you a thorough onboarding for you to succeed in this role as well as the necessary training to ensure continuing professional development.
You are analytical and can prioritize your work as well as effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time. You take responsibility in creating results within your portfolio and are good at building trustworthy relationships working with a high level of integrity at all levels.
You demonstrate quality in execution and can work independently with a clear aim to define and drive best-in-class performance and bring high value to our customers, partners, and colleagues through an open and helpful approach.
You are familiar with MS Office, and, as we work in an international environment, good communication skills in Danish and English are required.

- Management and development of the existing portfolio
- Qualification of new suppliers and items
- Negotiations of agreements
- Continuously working with supplier performance
- Communication and stakeholder management
- Acting as point of contact within portfolio for operational buyers
