With reference to Senior Manager, Indirect Sourcing, and Travel in GSCM, you are offered a unique possibility to join our team on the journey towards Sourcing Excellence. Main responsibility:
You will be the lead of several categories within Indirect such as MRO, Administration services, and FM, create sub-category strategies, define cost-saving initiatives, select the right supplier base, conduct RFQ’s, as well as negotiate contracts and commercial terms together with category team members.

Main responsibility:
You will be the lead of several categories within Indirect such as MRO, Administration services, and FM, create sub-category strategies, define cost-saving initiatives, select the right supplier base, conduct RFQ’s, as well as negotiate contracts and commercial terms together with category team members.
- Develop and implement subcategory strategies negotiate and implement procurement agreements to support our supplier relation management and cost-out programs
- Establish and execute cost-saving pipeline within the category team in terms of cost out initiatives
- Conduct data analysis to support the sourcing activities across the value chain
- Supplier development and implementation
- Analyze data and report out to management on KPI’s and projects
Your professional qualifications
- Relevant educational backgrounds such as a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Procurement/Sourcing
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience from a similar job function
- You have an interest in strategy creation and used to working with the sourcing process
- Excellent understanding of the commercial and business processes
- Category management experience
- International mindset and commercial flair
- Fluent in English is a requirement
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools
