With reference to the Senior Manager in Sourcing in SCQM, you are offered a unique possibility to join our team on the journey towards Sourcing Excellence. You will be part of our sourcing team in the Electricals category alongside working closely with colleagues from our Quality and Procurement department.
Main responsibility
You will be part of a specific category together with one additional colleague in the Electricals team. In order to become successful in this position, you will help develop and drive the category, execute cost saving initiatives and select the right supplier base. You will be using your outgoing personality to create a broad collaboration with stakeholders across Terma and help facilitate requirements from our TEC and Sales organizations. Furthermore, you will support and drive category specific KPIs and ensure we remain on target.
Your professional qualifications
You have a relevant educational background within eg. supply chain, procurement, logistics or engineering and have experience with the sourcing process. Furthermore, we expect the ideal candidate to posses below qualifications:

- Knowledge from negotiation and the sourcing process
- Experience with electrical components is an advantage
- Fluent in English is a requirement
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office package
