Your new company
Klar is growing more than 100% every year, and they need your expertise to support their growth!
Over the past year, Klar begun building a solid structure to support the group expansion, and your role in Klar would be to continue and perfect this process.
Klar started in Estonia in 2015 and today they are present in more than 5 countries, but it doesn't stop here!
The company is expanding to new countries and developing new markets every year
Your new role
You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new suppliers that fit Klar's brand while helping the group to open new markets or strengthen current markets.
You will be responsible for contract negotiation, supply relationship management, pricing and cost controlling,
You will be a key element in giving recommendations for changes in the current product range, which is supported by Klar brand and sales performance.
You will plan and manage the company’s overall sourcing strategy (leads and current ones), align on product range with industry, market trends and best practices.
You will be travelling when required for ensuring outstanding vendor & supply relationships (mostly Nordics, Poland, continental Europe).
You will be reporting to their new Chief Operations Officer (based in Denmark) and the CEO (based in Estonia).
What you’ll need to succeed
Your product knowledge in windows & doors is great! While you have general knowledge of the industry at an international level.
You have a proven track record in sourcing and purchasing, minimum 5 years of work experience in the field.
You are passionate about technology and you are used to work with digital work tools that make your work life easier than it has been traditionally.
You are a strong negotiator and you are capable to both build up and maintain partnerships.
You have knowledge of purchasing and supply chain systems, LEAN principles of planning, and MRP/ERP systems is a big plus.
You have the ability to gather and to analyze data.
You are fluent in Danish, English and ideally German.
What you’ll get in return
Klar headquarters are based in Tartu, Estonia, but you will be working from their cozy danish office in Valby, which you will be sharing with a team of 12 cool colleagues. But if you feel like working from our sister offices in Stockholm or Tartu once in a while, you are more than welcome to do that!
Klar culture is light and informal and always open and adaptable – that is of course needed in a startup environment, but it also means you will be able to influence how the work environment is at the office. They count on a great social environment with free lunch twice a week, Friday bars, team-building trips twice a year to the HQ etc.
