Division IT manager, Division Denmark

We are looking for an experienced Divisional (IT) Manager for Division Denmark. This position would be part of our IT Relations Management (BRM) team at Caverion Group IT. Ideal location to run this position would be whether in Fredericia or in Copenhagen area since Danish top management is present on those locations. You will be joining our multi-national team having colleges in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Austria and Germany.

Role Description

You will be responsible business interface of all IT topics within Division Denmark – from demand management into the daily IT service operations. That means that you are expected to guide Caverion business people in utilizing IT systems and services in the best possible way in order to boost Caverion business. In today’s world, IT tools and services are part of every business, therefore stable and end-users’ friendly IT applications and services are in important role. In order to succeed in this delivery you need to utilize our centralized IT delivery ‘motor’ in best possible way.

You will secure stability, quality and cost-efficiency on current IT tools supporting Division Denmark, but also look strongly into the future. Furthermore, planning and managing transformation through projects - from current state to new wished state - is under your responsibility. Therefore, technical competence on SAP and Microsoft products is seen as benefit, but not necessary required.

You will be supported by strong team in Business IT Relations Management unit, where we have Divisional IT managers from each Caverion country, and Business IT managers from Business Unit Service & Projects and other support function areas such as Finance, Human Resources, Procurement etc. BRM unit has IT Service delivery managers in each division, one in Denmark as well and those work in tight connection with you on all daily IT topics.

Key accountabilities:
° Give advice to Business management regarding Caverion’s IT agenda including efficiency and added value of IT use in the business
° Communicate to Division IT stakeholders
° Drive implementation of Group IT policies
° Own and manage Divisional IT cost
° Promote & explain global IT service offer
° Collect & propose IT service improvement
° Collect Divisional IT demand & transfer demands to appropriate receiver
° Assist and lead in local change planning & coordination
° Lead delivery of locally produced IT services including local IT vendors

° Experience from interaction with business management
° Flexibility, diplomacy and negotiation skills
° Leadership and management experience
° IT service familiarity and thorough IT experience
° Proficient level in Danish and English
