Our client BioMar is currently looking for a Change & Test Manager to join our global IT Operations with a strong focus on Cloud releases.
BioMar is on a journey towards becoming a truly global internal IT Service provider, with the ambition of providing excellent user experience by delivering professional and effective communication to our end-users, with a high focus on process improvements and standardization.
You will be part of Global IT and report to the Head of IT Operations with colleagues in Denmark, Norway, and Chile. The team is characterized by high ambitions, high professional standards, and an informal team spirit.
Play a key role as the Change & Test Managerto drive the development and continuous improvement of the BioMar global cloud adoption
The Change & Test Manager must in a sustainable way, deliver continuous business adoption of application releases in our cloud and other applications. You will own the change and test processes and collaborate with application owners who are eager to make complex changes easy to adopt for our end-users.
As a successful Change & Test Manager, you will use your competencies to ensure a positive end-user experience for changes impacting people, process, and technology.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Establish and own the change and test process, and models.
- Control the lifecycle of change and test process, also by including it in our transition process.
- Establish and drive a global change and test as-a-service foundation based on cloud best practices.
- Participate in Change Advisory Board meetings to discuss the changes and ensure minimum disruption to IT operations.
- Define and measure successful user stories and acceptance tests at our production sites.
- Responsible for planning and controlling the releases to test and live environments.
- Measure and monitor that deployed releases meet business expectations and verifies IT operations can support the new service.
Profile requirements:
- ITIL foundation experience
- Solid practical experience from ERP and Microsoft cloud services.
- Travel activity must be expected to be 10-20 days a year
