Due to increased activities and growth, LEO Pharma is looking for an IT Program Manager who will have the opportunity to impact how strategic IT programs within are planned, executed and implemented across the global organization. You will join a passionate team, and you will have the overall responsibility for the delivery of small to large cross-functional IT programs. Communication and stakeholder management skills
It is important that you have the ability to both challenge organizational decisions as well as adapt to the changing business and market needs. Furthermore, you must be able to create valuable relationships with a wide number of stakeholders at all organizational levels and have a proactive approach to the tasks at hand.
Your tasks include:
Responsible for the daily management through the life cycle of the program. Plan the overall program and monitor progress to make sure that milestones are being met across the various projects in the program. Manage the budget, risks and issues that might and do arise over the course of the program life cycle, as well as take measures to correct them when they occur. Manage stakeholders and use of resources across the various projects in the program. Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies between the various projects in the program. Agree on program controls - that is the processes, procedures, reporting, etc., to manage the program - in close collaboration with the PMO Lead. Secure that projects comply to the project model.
Your qualifications
2-5 years of IT program management experience. Demonstrated experience in managing diverse stakeholders at various levels. An excellent and well-assorted program management toolbox. Professional English skills, both written and spoken. Preferably Experience from a regulated industry and cooperation with external consultant / partners. A positive and pragmatic attitude, and the ability to juggle many balls at the same time.
In addition to above you are strong in communication, team- and relation building and provide tangible results. Last but not least you support knowledge sharing also by exposing yourself.
On a personal note you are curious (people, problems, yourself) and appreciate the need to understand before advising. You are passionate and inspire people around you. You have a high level of integrity and communicate respectfully. You are open and trustworthy and most important serve as a good role model.
Global, cross-organizational programs close to the business
As Program Manager, you will be part of Project & Portfolio Management (PPM). Currently PPM manages 93 projects organized in 12 Programs – the vast majority are directly linked to LEO Pharma’s Business areas and are key to delivering on our 2025 Strategy. The environment within PPM is characterized by ambition, high pace, pragmatism and the will to succeed through collaboration. We care about each other and strive to have fun; particularly while being busy.
