In Production IT you will get the opportunity to make a significant difference for people with serious skin diseases all over the world.
The Job
Responsible for the provision of IT Technical Services to the Production sites in LEO Denmark. Providing stable, predictable and reliable IT Services for the Production sites, promoting continuous improvements, service quality and customer satisfaction.
Provide IT technical assistance and guidance for Automation, R&D and QC departments. Provide support for the local IT Systems and Infrastructure in Production sites. Production sites Subject Matter Expert working closely with IT Outsourcing partners. Align with Global IT Solution Architects and IT Service Delivery Managers to ensure all IT standards are followed. Provide input on Production sites requirements and technical details for IT Projects. Assist with local implementation of IT Projects. Ensure Global IT Governance is adhered to at Production sites. Represent Production IT regarding IT processes regulatory responsibilities for IT Systems.
Your Qualifications
Minimum 8 years’ experience delivering IT Services, computer systems technology operation and support. Relevant pharmaceutical systems experience. Understanding automation integration to computerised systems. Knowledge in Compliance/Validation in a regulated industry. Knowledge of ITIL processes. Relationship building, team working and communication skills. Fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken.

Production IT is part of the LEO Core Infrastructure team and ensures alignment with Global IT and Business Solution Functions. Acting as the business partner in regards to all IT activities in the six LEO Production sites which are in four different countries in Europe. This includes alignment regarding IT requirements and the IT project portfolio, management of all local IT Systems and the local management of all delivered IT Services.
