On behalf of our customer, Boyum IT Solutions we are looking for a new CTO/VP Product Development.

What are Boyum IT seeking?
A strong technical leader to join as Chief Technology Officer. You will be responsible for the Product Development department and repeatedly discover and deliver quality products to the market on a scalable and robust platform and architecture. The Product Development department has approximately 30 people spread across Denmark, Germany, Spain, and Hungary offices. Product Development is a cross-functional department consisting of product managers, developers, designers, testers, tech writers, and scrum masters. We are looking for a strong leader with technical and product management background who can contribute positively to the team dynamic and the company culture.
What will you do? You will join the C-level leadership team, where you will work closely with the other C-level leaders to ensure the company's strategic execution and success. You will be based out of our office in Brabrand, Denmark, and report to the CEO. You will also work closely with the product managers and lead developers to set the direction and strategy for the product portfolio and align expectations with other departments and key stakeholders. Among the key stakeholders are the partners who implement our products globally and SAP and other strategic suppliers and partners.

Boyum IT are looking for a talented individual who has:
- A university degree in an IT or business-related field.
- At least 5 years prior experience in a similar role with formal leadership, product, or technical responsibility.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience in driving technical decision making.
- Experience in creating, validating, and executing product roadmaps.
- Experience with enterprise systems. It could be ERP systems such as SAP Business One or Microsoft Dynamics or it could be other B2B targeted systems.
- Experience in Cloud Native solutions is aan advantage
- Experience in product development and design processes such as dual-track agile, lean startup, design thinking, and Scrum.
- Experience in leading remote teams and working with different cultures.
- Must have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
