Do you want to take the lead on Silvan's IT infrastructure and play a major role in all aspects of their IT services? Do you want to use your skills to set up and lead the perfect team with regards to intra company IT support and project management? Then you might be Silvan's new Head of IT.
Silvan are looking for a proactive and responsible leader with a broad IT experience and strong project management skills, ready to take ownership of the IT infrastructure, security, and support functions. Moreover, you will take responsibility for general IT related projects and lead Silvan's IT team.
This exciting and challenging role will be an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to contribute on high impact projects for Silvan. In addition, you will be a valuable member of the management team.

Main responsibilities
- Involvement in the future strategy when it comes to all areas of IT Infrastructure
- Contract management of supplier contracts and license portfolio
- Sparring, collaboration and interaction with the company's other departments in order to identify IT-related challenges and needs
- Provide the organization with knowledge about possible technologies and solutions
- Mentoring and managing other team members working in the IT department
- Execution of general IT related projects
Preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of experience from a similar position
- Advanced knowledge of core Microsoft technologies
- Solid understanding of network solutions
- Expertise in Aspect4 ERP-system is an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills and track record
- Business fluent in English
