Novo Nordisk is looking for an experienced and professional System Manager to make sure we are continuously up and running and supporting our production.
About the department
Would you like to develop, maintain and improve Biopharm’s Building Management System (BMS)? Are you able to stay in control when you upgrade our Facility Monitoring System (FMS) with around 1000 censors to secure temperature, humidity or pressure placed on our equipment in buildings all over Zeeland? If you also see yourself as a person with a high level of quality approach to all you do, and if you like to support your colleagues on our sites around Zeeland within Quality Management – you might be the one we are looking for in our Team Support at BioFP GE Technical Service in Gentofte.
The position:
With a reference to the Associate Manager, you will be part of the FMS/BMS-team including highly skilled and motivated colleagues who focus on keeping the IT system working and supporting our production line in Biopharm.
Your key focus will be:
- Participate in the continuous development of local IT support and services for our end users
- Support security related internal activities
- Help ensure best IT practices and routines in daily operations
- Participate in multiple IT projects
You will work from our operational center in Gentofte but must also expect to work on our sites around Zeeland when needed. Our team supports our production 24/7, and you will be a part of a roster typically organized with a “on call” duty every 5th or 6th week.
Qualifications:
You probably hold an education on a Master level within IT or another technical area. You have a general understanding of IT infrastructure, applications and architecture. You have experience within IT support with WMware and Microsoft solutions as well as experience with Schneider and Siemens systems. You have experience with BMS and FMS systems and a solid experience in process validation and qualification as well. Preferable you have a flair of working with processes and documentation, and you have an experience and working knowledge of GxP. We also accept applications from candidate with less experience.
As a person you are robust, loyal, optimistic, professional and you have a very high personal drive. Furthermore, you are a true team player with an objective and rational mindset.
You are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English. You have a driver’s license, minimum B-level.
