IT System Manager with strong quality mind-set

Do you want to play a key role in developing and improving the IT system management processes in Novo Nordisk? Do you have a strong quality mind-set combined with a wish to provide broad guidance and stakeholder support within IT system management? Then you could be our new IT System Manager in Biopharm.

About the department

You will join Biopharm’s centralised IT system management department in Gentofte. Our main focus is on IT System Management, hereunder IT compliance, IT system governance, IT security and in general ensuring our IT license to operate which is absolute key for our business. The department is characterised by strong collaboration and a good team spirit, and functions as an anchor point for IT functions across Biopharm.

The Position

As our new Biopharm IT System Manager you will be a member of Business Support and be responsible for handling our IT license to operate. Primarily focusing on our filling area in Gentofte. You will also work with implementing small IT projects and be the driver for communicating about new central initiatives such as procedural changes to how we work. And coordinate/anchor these changes within the local area.

Furthermore, you will be part of defining the future best practices around system management in Biopharm and deploy it in practice to the local area of responsibility. You will act as a single point of contact, liaison partner and provide escalation support for your collaboration partners and stakeholders, such as local IT/OT teams and System Owners.

You will ensure that our systems are following Novo Nordisk defined compliance requirements, prepare for approval of validation documentation together with Novo Nordisk Quality Assurance. Moreover, you will plan, drive and ensure systematic periodic reviews are conducted timely with our internal Indian collaboration partner. Drive/report regarding LCM, risk assessments, IT security planning, patching, user reviews etc. You will collaborate with system owner and team leaders to ensure that appropriate levels of service and support are provided from vendors and internal areas in Novo Nordisk which provide IT services & support to the local area.

We are on a journey in transforming the way we conduct IT system management in Biopharm and you will also play a central role in making that happen.

Qualifications

Preferably, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or similar backed by 2+ years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance of IT systems. However, candidates with non-academic background and vast experience within the relevant fields, will also be considered.

A vital skill required for this job would be experience with production; IT Projects and administration of IT systems, ISO documented processes, GMP understanding and knowledge of GAMP.

As a person you take ownership and is capable of planning and driving a task to completion. You are structured in approach, have a good analytical sense and a quality mind-set. Furthermore, you are known for building good relations with your colleagues and stakeholders at all levels in an organization. You are required to have good written and spoken proficiency in Danish and English.
