The department

You will be part of the "Project office and IT" which consists of 17 dedicated and talented colleagues with different backgrounds. The team is part of Business Support at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech and on a daily basis supports systems and processing plants. The team is undergoing an expansion to make sure we are able to honor increased demands from customers and authorities.

The team's tasks include project management of technical and IT projects, as well as operational coordination and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure across production, laboratories and administration. We document meticulously, not just to accommodate the regulations we are subject to, but also to help us improve processes and track any deviations to a root cause.

The Job
As IT system manager, and together with other system managers, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of GxP critical/non-critical IT systems located and used in laboratory and administrative areas. You will also be responsible for participating in execution and implementation of IT projects. As System manager for laboratory systems you will be responsible for ensuring that the IT systems you are responsible for, are in compliance with NNPRs IT quality management system and external requirements (according to health authorities).

Experience with completion of validation and qualification documentation as well as good Lean approach is considered an advantage.
You will be supervising the operation and maintenance of the IT systems, identifying new requirements and managing the expectations of customers, system owners and other key stakeholders concerning the use of the IT systems. You will communicate and collaborate closely with the key stakeholders including internal IT supporters, follow-up on vendor deliverables and services according to agreements.

Qualifications
We are looking for a System Manager with technical flair. Preferably you hold an technical academic background or relevant work experience. Experience with IT compliance and IT system management in the pharmaceutical industry is a requirement and knowledge of laboratory processes in the industry is considered an advantage. Since we support different projects, it is an advantage if you are experienced in project work.

To be successful in the position, you should be able to handle multiple tasks at once and ensure that high quality documentation is delivered in a timely fashion. If you have experience with IT system management, it will help you succeed more quickly.

You have a systematic approach to your work, you are a good collaborator and communicator across disciplines, and you are able to cope with the occasional high workload without losing track. As Novo Nordisk Pharmatech is an international company, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English and Danish, both orally and in writing.
