We are now looking for an ambitious Senior Test Manager for our group IT department. You will work with product development and innovation of our software solutions that are aimed to support our internal business in eg.
Our solutions are designed to contribute to seamless user experiences and increased productivity to our end users. We offer a comprehensive systems landscape based on NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, ServiceNow and other leading systems within the areas that support our business.
The Senior Test Manager works at the intersection of the business units and product development and has the overall goal of ensuring holistic deliveries at the agreed time and quality. As a Senior Test Manager, you will therefore be close to the businesses in their projects, plan and carry out test activities as well as ensure that roles and responsibilities are distributed and understood in the organization.

The Senior Test Manager works at the intersection of the business units and product development and has the overall goal of ensuring holistic deliveries at the agreed time and quality. As a Senior Test Manager, you will therefore be close to the businesses in their projects, plan and carry out test activities as well as ensure that roles and responsibilities are distributed and understood in the organization.
You may be the right person for us if you have experience in any of these areas:
- Experience with test planning, test specification and test penetration
- Knowledge of Jira and Zephyr as a test tool
- Test management and/or coordination of development projects
- Test automation, test execution, and scripting
- Technical knowledge of NetSuite, Zalaris, Salesforce, ServiceNow or other similar cloud systems
- Coordinate and follow up on nonconformities
- Experience with writing solid test cases together with business stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodology
- Technical experience working test management within an Enterprise Architecture consisting of multiple interdependent cloud and on-premise solutions.
You may have the following characteristics and education:
- Thrives in developing solid test manage practices and working with business stakeholders in defining, executing and validating test results and ensuring high quality deliverables.
- Good collaboration skills
- Fluent in English. Mastering the danish language will be a plus.
- Curious by nature with a desire to learn something new every day
- Interest and ability to gain a good understanding of our solutions
- Solution-oriented, both technical and functional
- Independent and structured
- Large work capacity, and able to handle many parallel activities and projects
- Technical education, Bachelor's, Master or Civil Engineer. Relevant experience can compensate for a lack of formal education
- Relevant professional experience is a plus, but we also encourage graduates to apply
- ISTQB certification
