Located in Oslo, Helsinki or Faxe
Do you want to lead exciting and high-attention projects in a fast-evolving company?
At Royal Unibrew, we find ourselves embarking on what is undoubtedly the most thrilling journey in our history. With substantial business expansion and growth in all aspects, our development is taking shape through organic growth and strategic mergers and acquisitions. To facilitate the seamless integration of acquired companies into the Royal Unibrew Group IT setup, we are actively seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager
As part of the development, we are building a PMO in Group IT where governance model, processes, templates, and supporting systems are under development – this offers you plenty of opportunities to affect how we initiate, execute, manage, conclude, and follow up on projects.
Close collaboration with IT Business Partners, the business, and Group IT
As a Senior Project Manager in the Group IT PMO, your projects will vary in size and duration, but all will be in close collaboration with your locally anchored IT Business Partner colleagues who are responsible for the day-to-day dialogue with the business at Royal Unibrew’s locations and understand the stakeholders’ business and IT needs.
As part of a core team comprised of you, an IT Responsible, and a Business Responsible (often the IT Business Partner), you will plan and manage the migration of acquired businesses into the Group IT SAP solution.
Most projects will require some travelling between the Royal Unibrew locations – most likely approx. 40 days per year, planned in close collaboration with the core project team.
Your first project will be in Norway, integrating Hansa Borg Brewery and Solera to our Group IT SAP platform.
Your primary responsibilities
Minimum 8 years IT Project Manager experience, preferably SAP
Now and in the future, many of our projects are either actual SAP projects or have a close connection with our SAP platform. As part of Royal Unibrew’s M&A strategy, we integrate/migrate newly acquired companies into our SAP environment, an environment which is constantly evolving and is on a journey towards S4/HANA in the coming years. We thus need project managers in Group IT who preferably have experience with the technology and the challenges relevant for this type of projects.
Alternatively, you are a very experienced project manager who can quickly understand the most important aspects of the technology and the needs of the receiving business. The projects will all have a very experienced IT Responsible and Business Responsible that you can rely on for expertise.
We are looking for an experienced colleague who has a full project management backpack, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and actively participate in the work performed in the projects. We are a flat organization, and you will be expected to do the administrative parts of project management yourself based on the framework and tools provided in our Group IT PMO.
You will fit perfectly into our team of professional and fun people if you are:
