IT Project Manager with Leadership skills

Are you an experienced individual with strong project management skills and a passion for making a real impact? Are you keen on driving and participating in IT change and transformation projects? Then we might be looking for you as our new IT Project Manager.
For this role, you will report directly to our Group CIO, Richard Lövkvist, and you will work closely together with him on daily basis and take the lead role when he is out of office.

Your tasks
- Leading and organizing IT projects together with our Group CIO.
- Ensure together with project members and stakeholders to deliver projects on time, on cost and on spec.
- Analyze the costs, value and risks of information technology and applications in projects to advise the Group CIO, and management, and suggest actions.
- Maintain oversight of all IT projects together with Group CIO, ensuring that commitments are properly planned, staffed, monitored and reported.

About you
- You are a high-performing role model within project management and leadership disciplines.
- Stakeholder Management is one of your main skills - you are great at communicating with colleagues, a skilled relationship builder, and able to navigate within complex tasks.
- You are result-oriented with a high level of integrity.
- Self-driven, well-structured, and able to solve complex problems without compromising quality
- You must be prepared for a challenging and dynamic environment.
- You have about 3-5 years of experience within project management in IT.
- Good understanding of IT systems and applications.
- You speak and write Danish and English at a high level.
