HR & Quality Coordinator for Baltic Packaging
To strengthen the team Baltic Packaging are looking for an administrative HR & Quality Coordinator.
Are you looking for a coordinating role in an international company? Then you might be the right person to join our team.
Area of responsibility
• Independent and reliable processing of organizational and administrative tasks
• Independent supervision of the employees with the associated measures in recruiting, contracting and the implementation of personnel measures, if necessary, with external support
• Being the contact person for our employees
• Preparatory work for payroll accounting
• Supporting the production department in the area of quality (complaints/error analysis)
• Participating in the further systematic development of quality management
Your profile:
You are a personality with high social skills, tact and have a positive attitude while dealing with people. You can adapt quickly to new situations, motivated and can work independently. In addition, you are characterized by strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Completed commercial training with at least 1-2 years of professional experience in human resources administration.
• Experience in Danish labor law, basic knowledge of social security/tax law
• Very good knowledge of English, and the knowledge of the German is preferable.
• You can work independently as well as in a Team
• You are reliable, flexible, punctual and committed
• Very good knowledge of handling the MS Office Package
• You are willing to learn new things
