Kamstrup is one of the world's leading producers of solutions for smart metering of energy and water consumption with production, administration and development located in the headquarters in Stilling, south of Aarhus. We are looking for a Project Manager for the Information Security department who can contribute to the implementation of our information security program.
With direct reference to our Head of Information Security, you will become part of the Information Security department who is responsible for maturing and managing specific security projects. Within information security, our most important task is to carry out projects according to the agreed time, budget and quality including securing positive value of the security project investment. Well-executed projects contribute to achieving Kamstrup’s objectives and continued growth and quality goals. The information security team consists of three persons with strong competencies in information security. The team has a professional approach to the tasks and an informal tone and at the same time, we place great emphasis on competent sparring and feedback from the entire business.
A job with focus on the implementation of information security
In this newly established position as IT Project Manager, you will be an important link between the Information Security department and the business and your primary task is to implement information security projects in our functional areas. Our core functional areas include IT, Solution and Services Delivery, Technology Software and Hardware. You will be responsible for driving information security projects from the initial identification of needs to handover and operation.
The project model that we use is inspired by PRINCE2. You will be the unifying force in our projects and make all stakeholders cooperate optimally and thus ensure that the objectives are achieved before deadline. The projects vary in time and scope, and almost all projects can be regarded as large cross-functional change projects that attract much attention from the organisation. Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious IT Project Manager who has experience with complex implementations of information security projects and who can contribute to the anchoring of new security processes in the business. You have a technical profile and at least 3 years of experience from a similar position, which enables you to think of information security in a business context and through that ensure the creation of a commercial value.
In addition, it is a requirement that you:
As a person, you are structured and driven by a constant focus on the quality of your project deliveries. You are excellent at creating an overview through your methodical and analytical approach. You consider yourself as being a self-starter with a strong drive and you have the ability to move and change things. You possess strong communicative skills and the ability to collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
The job requires fluency in written and spoken English. Danish is an advantage.

- To strengthen governance in handling vulnerabilities and the consequent mitigation initiatives
- In cooperation with the functional areas, to strengthen existing processes and to establish new processes that ensure a more managed approach

- Are certified in, for example, IPMA or PRINCE2
- Have knowledge of ISO 27001
- Have experience from a global company with project deliveries in the field of information security
- Have a solid IT-technical foundation combined with a focus on organisational and commercial aspects
