Do you have experience with Information Security & Compliance, and do you want to take dsv Panalpina's information security to an even higher level?
Applying functional knowledge as well as taking part in Information Security Assurance
As an IT Compliance Analyst in Group IT Compliance you will work in a team of 9 engaged employees, and you will report to the CISO. Furthermore, you will focus on improving information security and compliance level across various areas of the organisation. You will work closely together with our Global IT organization and act as an advisor for the entire business.
Your primary responsibilities are the following:
Furthermore, you will collaborate with colleagues from all over the world on information security initiatives and issues. There will be limited travel activity (up to 2 times a year). The position offers good development opportunities, and if you have ideas for improvement, or want to take upon more responsibility, there are also ample opportunities for this in dsv Panalpina.
Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience within IT security & compliance
There are many ways into this position, but the focus will be on having minimum 2-3 years’ experience within information security & compliance. Experience within Identity Access Management will be an advantage but is not a prerequisite. You have strong communication skills and can communicate on both technical as well as management level.
Additional qualifications:
You have a structured approach to new challenges, keeping focus on delivering high quality material. You are open minded and are oriented towards finding the best solution. You take responsibility and dare to take decisions whilst at the same time ensuring that you align with relevant stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Your primary responsibilities are the following:
- You will facilitate information security & compliance reviews covering our business-critical applications and business areas, in order to improve overall security & compliance level
- Participate on the execution of the annual assurance plan and provide input and justification to upcoming high-risk areas to be reviewed
- Provide guidance to the implementation of feasible solutions to mitigate IT risks identified as part of an assurance review, particularly on application and infrastructure security.
- Review information security policies, standards, processes and procedures to ensure that risks are adequately remediated
- Assist our Global IT organisation creating remediation plans for identified information security issues and ensure that mitigations are performed sufficiently to mitigate the identified risks

Minimum 2-3 Years of Experience within IT security & compliance

Additional qualifications:
- Strive towards obtaining the Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA)
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, such as UNIX, Cisco, Windows, AS-400, MS-SQL, Oracle and DB2
- Have experience within information security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Experience with data mining and analytics
- The ability to work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
- Have experience with management reporting, thereby simplifying complicated topic without losing the substance.
- Good understanding of internal control environments within the IT function.
- You master English both written and spoken
