About the graduate programme
In our graduate programme, we offer you a fast-track opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry and hereby impact our future business in order to ensure clean water and energy. We are on a massive growth journey and through this program you will be given endless opportunities to leave your footprint on our future business. The program has a duration of two years and through four tailor made rotations you will gain a unique cross-functional understanding of our business with the intend of assuming a key position at the end of the program. At the end of each rotation, we will conduct a 360-degree evaluation in order to ensure your professional and personal development and that your expectations are met.
In this dedicated program we will invest heavily in your development though ongoing support, education and mentoring by some of the brightest minds in the industry who are eager to assist you and see you advance in your career. You will hereby be working with value adding projects in a global setting where your voice and expertise matters.
Become our Information Security Graduate
In the role as our Information Security Graduate you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of how we work with information security on a global scale. You will be involved in complex projects within information security why your rotations will be centred around the entire value chain of information security from strategic goals to daily operations. In the end we expect that you will own the full understanding of information security and how it affects the entire business.
In order to become a success, you will start the programme in our Security Operations team, where you will gain the full overview of the operational aspect of information security and how we can accommodate an ever-changing IT threat landscape. Hereafter we have tailor made the other rotations to give you the full overview and capabilities in becoming our next information security talent. You will be placed in one of our divisions in order to understand how IT security processes affects their daily work, and how we can increase the IT security on a daily basis.
More specifically your four rotations will take place within:
- Security Operations
- Technology or Supply Chain
- Business Application
- Information Security
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious and commercial driven Information Security Graduate who can help shape our future and hereby contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree within IT, Software, Computer Science or similar. You are at the top of your class, and you have additionally participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, you are analytical and want to kickstart your career in a growth-oriented organization where no two days are alike. Moreover, you are persistent and excel at thinking outside the box. You work structured with your tasks and are driven by a desire to create a real change. You consider yourself a great communicator who can translate technical IT security terms to a wide range of stakeholders
You are fluent in English both written and oral. Danish will be an asset but is not a requirement.
