About the graduate programme
In our graduate programme, we offer you a fast-track opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry and hereby impact our future business in order to ensure clean water and energy. We are on a massive growth journey and through this program you will be given endless opportunities to leave your footprint on our future business. The program has a duration of two years and through four tailor made rotations you will gain a unique across functional understanding insights into our business with the intend of assuming a key position at the end of the program. At the end of each rotation, we will conduct a 360-degree evaluation to ensure your professional and personal development and that your expectations are met.
In this dedicated program we will invest heavily in your development though ongoing support, education and mentoring by some of the brightest minds in the industry who are eager to assist you and see you advance in your career. You will hereby be working with value adding projects in a global setting where your voice and expertise matters.
Become our Finance Graduate
In the role as our Finance Graduate you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of how we conduct finance on a global scale. You will be involved in complex finance related projects as your rotations will be centred around the entire finance value chain. In the end we expect that you will have gained insights around central financial disciplines such as financial planning and analysis.
In order to become a success, you will start the programme in our Controlling team, where you will gain the full overview of how we deliver business partnering value through controlling. After this we have tailor made the other rotations to give you the full overview and capabilities in becoming a future Finance Business Partner or Management Consult.
More specifically your four rotations will take place within:
- Performance management
- Reporting and BI Intelligence
- Special Projects
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing Finance Graduate who can help shape our future and hereby contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree within Economics (cand.oecon), Business Economics (cand.merc.) or similar. A commercial interest is a clear advantage. You are at the top of your class, and you have additionally participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or an internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, you take initiative and are open-minded. You have a commercial mindset and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are curious and outgoing, and your excellent communication skills enable you to build and maintain relations in your daily interactions. Furthermore, you thrive in a growth-oriented organisation where no two days are alike and are able to navigate and drive organisational change. You strive to deliver results independently, and your structured and systematic method ensure that your tasks are always of high quality and completed within the deadline.
You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral.
