Are you passionate about information security frameworks, documentation and processes and aspire to deliver excellence in an organisation that delivers critical technical infrastructure? Do you want to work in a regulated environment with a certain risk appetite and a 3 lines of defence structure? And do you want to safeguard processes in the midst of change and growth?
If yes, you are offered an opportunity to join Nuuday during a large-scale transformation across businesses, and where the tracks include implementing new technologies and working in a multi-partner setup. This requires direction and enforcement of legislations and governance, when it comes to e.g., information security. Combined with the ever-evolving changes in threats and risks related to cyber security, your role will be key in ensuring communication, information and process descriptions to keep the organisation updated.
You will join a team of around 10 people that work with fraud, physical security, and security policies, monitoring / internal audit, awareness and ad hoc support to the business. In the role, you will report directly to CISO that heads 2nd line security and is part of the CFO organisation. Your primary work location will be in Copenhagen at Nuuday’s headquarters.
Cyber security frameworks and processes in a technology driven environment
As Information Security Manager, you will, as a first step, take a leading role in describing, developing, and structuring policies and guidelines for the information security area. This will include a focus on existing and future compliance structures that are a natural part of preparing Nuuday to comply with upcoming European and national legislations and regulations. Secondly, there will be an opportunity to work closer with the organisation about implementing the policies and procedures.
There is a need for having detailed and updated procedures, processes and policies that detail Nuuday’s overall approach to safeguarding their data and system assets. The intention is to have policies follow ISO 27001 guidelines, though Nuuday is not ISO certified, they offer products that are ISO certified. It can sound like an easy task, but bear in mind that Nuuday is dynamic, and days are never the same – and with a deep technology focus and business operations, individual judgments are often needed.

- develop and enforce a comprehensive set of written information security policies, standards and procedures that address specific requirements of the business.
- review and update security policies and make necessary changes in connection with legislative changes and breaches.
- in a longer time perspective, work closely with various departments to understand and ensure that information systems are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- stay up to date with the latest security trends and threats.

In your work, you are interested in staying up to date with the latest security trends and regulations, and proactively work to safeguard the organisation from potential security breaches. Most importantly, you hold a passion for information security and a proven track record of protecting information systems.
Specifically, your experience includes:
- Deep understanding of information security principles, practices, and technologies.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest security trends and regulations.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Knowledge of security-related software and tools such as such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
- Preferably understanding of regulatory and industry standards such as CIS18, NIST and ISO 27001. Some knowledge of DORA, CER, Danish net- and information security law etc.
- Relevant academic credentials or training in cyber security, computer science, or information systems, related field.
