Description

Specialist who loves data and excel for a compliance role

Are you looking to combine your it-savviness with your love for scientific data? Do you love working independently with reporting and project management? And do you thrive in an enthusiastic and positive environment? Then this job is what you have been waiting for.

We are preparing to report according to the EU IVD regulation in May 2022 and we need your help to make the reporting framework as part of our team. This includes creating excel templates with macros and automation where possible, collecting and analyzing data and finally, reporting to health authorities and to Radiometer Medical management.

You will be responsible for the reporting of our product quality according to the EU requirements, and you will host cross-functional meetings in the process of analyzing and assessing data from the market for one of our specific products.

Within the coming year, you can expect to contribute to regulatory compliance as well as excellent post-market surveillance reporting giving our colleagues better input on how to improve our products and hereby ultimately helping our patients.

The team

You join a small and newly established team of highly skilled and engaged colleagues. The Surveillance team has a significant cross-functional role in Radiometer Medical both in Denmark and on a global scale. We collaborate across production sites, subsidiaries and headquarter in order to succeed in finding simple and effective solutions for excellent post-market surveillance reporting processes.

To become successful, you must have a talent for great stakeholder management, for creating good relations and for facilitating improvement. You have a passion for teamwork and are confident working on your own.

Your responsibilities

Your first challenge in the job is to:

  • Establish and standardize data collection in Radiometer Medical globally
  • Set up the processes for analyzing and assessing post-market surveillance data consistently across all products
  • Establishing a statistical framework utilized in the assessment
  • Use your IT savviness to help us create a reporting tool

You can look forward to building relations with multiple stakeholders including RA/QA, Operations, Global Marketing, Global R&D and Global Sales.

We estimate your travel activity to be 5 % of your time.

Qualifications

We believe that a background as engineer, biologist or similar with Medical Compliance experience is a valuable asset in the job as well as:

  • Experience from a similar position
  • IT savviness, a flair for macros and automation
  • Project management skills
  • Proven track record handling complex data analysis and statistics
  • Excellent knowledge of and experience driving constant improvements
  • Strong communicator for all levels of the organization
