GORM Agency’s Media & Data Team is looking for an ambitious Web Analytics Specialist with a talent for collecting relevant data within both web-analytics and digital marketing.
GORM Agency designs digital user journeys that develops the clients’ business with creativity and technology. GORM Agency creates the creative content, but are also specialized in technological platforms. It is within this threshold between data and creativity that GORM Agency offers you a unique and exciting role.
As Web Analytics Specialist at GORM Agency,your work will span from planning to implementation and analysis, and you will create the foundation for many business-critical decisions for GORM Agency’s clients. You will be a sparring partner for your colleagues and a trusted advisor for your clients in collaboration with the Digital Marketing, UX and Development teams.
With direct report to the CEO and with the Data & Media Director as the daily manager.
Your main tasks are:
You will primarily work in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Facebook and LinkedIn, but GORM Agency continuously develops and improves their products and processes. Here you will play an important role and set the direction for the products within data and analysis.
Your qualifications are experience within data analytics and from working in collaboration with marketing when generating relevant insights. Moreover:

You are able to transform data into useful insights for marketing and clients and possess good communication skills. - Acting as a front–runner regarding new opportunities within web and marketing tracking
- Creating insights for clients and colleagues through analysis of behavioural and marketing data
- Supporting UX within data collection and behavioural analysis
- Implementation and optimization of Google Tag Manager solutions
- Sparring with colleagues and clients regarding tracking and data setup
- Establishing dashboards in Google Data Studio and Power BI
You will primarily work in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Facebook and LinkedIn, but GORM Agency continuously develops and improves their products and processes. Here you will play an important role and set the direction for the products within data and analysis.
Your qualifications are experience within data analytics and from working in collaboration with marketing when generating relevant insights. Moreover:
- You work in Google Analytics on a high level and enjoy exploring new opportunities as e.g. Google Analytics 4, Server-side-tracking, iOS14 and ITP
- You have experience with Google Tag Manager
- You are used to engaging with clients about their setup and providing recommendations for improvements
- You have knowledge of Google Data Studio
- You have knowledge of conversion tracking setup for Facebook and LinkedIn
- It is an advantage if you have experience with media buying within digital marketing, and with screen recordings, heat-maps, surveys etc.
