Georg Jensen is looking for an AX2012 Supporter for the Application Management team in Global IT. The position is based at HQ in Frederiksberg, close to Metro, bus, and the Frederiksberg Gardens.

As an Axapta 2012 Supporter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of the company's Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) 2012 system. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who possess strong technical skills, have a passion for providing exceptional customer support, and thrive in a diverse global environment.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Global 1st Level and some 2nd Level support for the Axapta 2012 system, both remotely and onsite at Georg Jensen headquarters.
- Basic end-user training or on-boarding.
- Assist end-users with technical issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, demonstrating a patient and service-minded approach in all interactions.
- Actively engage with users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions or workarounds within the system.
- Collaborate with the development and testing teams during system releases, participating in pre-release and post-release activities.
- Ensure timely completion of support tickets and maintain accurate documentation of all support activities.
- Take a proactive approach to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements to optimize system performance.
The Ideal candidate has:
- 2-3 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX (Axapta) 2012.
- Knowledge and experience with a helpdesk system – Jira will be an advantage
- Experience and used to work in an IT operation department
- Passion for working in a customer support role, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Patience and ability to remain calm and professional while addressing user issues and providing support.
- Has the ability to anticipate and identify potential system issues and suggest improvements.
- Availability to work some weekends during system releases, ensuring smooth operations and timely support.
- Flexibility to work both onsite at Georg Jensen's headquarters and from home, as required.
- Ability to work in a global environment, embracing diversity and collaborating effectively with teams from different cultures and backgrounds.
